“Creating to Cope” Art & Wellness Consultation Call
Art is more than just aesthetically pleasing , it can be used as a way to express and explore, to cope and to heal. The goal of this curriculum is to foster opportunities for free creative expression through a combination of art-making, self exploration, and reflection and enrich the lives of the the people it touches. Participants will be guided through self-reflection exercises, such as art journaling, breath work, and meditation and also have an opportunity to create hands on art projects. This curriculum provides participants with experiences to improve both psychological and social-emotional health and can aid in increasing overall well being.
